Resort Policies

  Room charges are calculated similar to human hotels; you are charged for a full day on the day your pet checks in, our check-out time is 1 :00 P.M. A full day of boarding charges are due after 1 :00 P.M. Pets may be checked out at anytime with no boarding charge on the last day if he/she is being groomed or bathed on that day.

  Any unscheduled after hour pet pick up will result in a service charge plus all other applicable charges. We strongly discourage any unscheduled after hour pick up of your pet.

 Medications and Special Feeding. Administration of medications, heartworm and/or vitamins are $1/per time and injections are $2/per time.

  Personal items to make your pet's stay more enjoyable are encouraged.  Please label all items with a permanent black marker. Unfortunately, Cottonwood is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  Special diet or feeding is no charge.

  All charges are on a per pet basis.
